01 — Questionnaire
Start by filling out the inquiry form on our contact page. The more detail you can share, the better! Tell us about your wedding vision, your venue, the mood you’re dreaming of, and any floral inspiration you love. This helps us begin to understand how we can bring your ideas to life.
02 — Proposal
Once we receive your completed form, we’ll reach out with any follow-up questions and begin crafting a custom floral proposal just for you. This proposal will outline our initial design ideas, pricing, and what’s included, so you can envision how everything will come together.
03 — Save Your Date
If everything feels like the perfect fit, we’ll lock in your date! We’ll send over a contract and request a deposit to officially reserve your spot on our calendar. Then, the real fun starts!
04 — Design Details
Three months before your wedding, we’ll schedule a design meeting to dive into the details. We’ll go over updated inspiration, floral choices, logistics, and any special requests you may have. This is where your vision really starts to take shape!
05 — Final Review
About one month out, we’ll connect again to finalize everything—quantities, layouts, timelines, and any last-minute changes. This final walkthrough of details ensures everything is perfectly aligned for the big day.
06 — Your Wedding Day!
It’s finally here! Our team will arrive with the freshest blooms and your carefully designed arrangements. From personal florals to ceremony and reception installs, we’ll handle every detail so you can simply soak in the beauty of the day.
